32-bit Brushless Gimbal Controller supply voltage

Postby Dakedo » 27 Sep 2014 22:51

Hi there

I have recently bought a 32-bit BGC and powered it up about 5 or 6 times. The last time i plugged the battery (6s) on, it went up in smoke. It is a flyduino 5,9 board. When I looked closer, it was apparently only one small component which had blown up. It was labeled AJ2PB. The Software can still connect to the board, so I think it is a part of the power supply. Is there anybody out there who has any idea which component it is and how to get it repaired. It was bought at Viacopter in Denmark, but the guy there isn't available apparently. I have taken a picture of the board with the burnt component.

Is 25V a too high voltage for that type of board? The board is rated at 25,2V max..

10 times included and all was fine, at 11 times the smoke...
Charge version 5.9. What to do? What to replace?
I see now you are not using this component, so we received high quality cost?
I long ago you wrote this question on e-mail but you did not answer me.
